Look, the climate stuff is really hard. I think it takes a commitment to learning, because we will learn our way there. For example, if you take something like flooding, it ' s a climate impact, but it ' s very often suffered by the least resilient people in our communities, the poorer people. The people that maybe can ' t afford insurance. You look at people who don ' t have protection, it ' s the people who need protection most. So how do we get a system which not only provides amazing products for high net worth individuals, but also has opportunities for everyone to participate in financial services in a way that gives them the protection they most
need? Whether that ' s just to cover the basics for a few months, as we know there are maybe 14 million households and families in the UK who are only three months away from being homeless. So I think we all need to make sure that we ' re all involved in actually addressing some of those big social issues.
Look, we ' re doing lots of stuff. But there ' s always, always more to do. But the ideal is that actually, this is not just philanthropy. This is genuinely about creating a better environment for us to live as human beings and run our businesses in.
